CAUTION
1. First Use: Twist the bottom dial 5โ10 full turns counterclockwise until the formula appears, then turn one notch at a time.
2. If you see an oily layer, itโs part of the moisturizing formula and is safe to use.
3. This formula is highly concentrated, so it may dispense slowly. After turning the dial, wait until the product comes out. Close the cap after use and store at room temperature.
4. High heat (over 40ยฐC / 104ยฐF) may soften the formula and cause it to flow, while cold (below 5ยฐC / 41ยฐF) may slow down dispensing. Store it upright, away from direct sunlight.
5. If the product doesnโt dispense after being stored in cold conditions (e.g., winter shipping or inside a cold car), do not force the dial. Let it sit at 15โ25ยฐC (59โ77ยฐF) for about 20 minutes.
